    • Drop-off at our offices

      You are welcome to drop off your device at our offices in Peterborough during office hours. If you want to drop off outside of offices hours (e.g. before 8:30am, between 4pm and 10pm weekdays or weekend daytime) then we have a secure “drop box” outside our offices. Please ensure your device is well packaged, make sure the parcel drops right into the box and email/message/call us and we’ll retrieve it ASAP!

    • Courier Collection

      Please use this to pay in advance for a courier collection of your device. Once we have arranged your collection we will send you a prepaid address label for the package if required. This is £14.95 + VAT and is insured for the value of the actual hardware ONLY. THIS FEE IS DEDUCTED AGAINST YOUR FINAL ACCEPTED RECOVERY PRICE.
