I really don’t know what to say. I really think there aren’t enough words to describe how grateful i am for all of their hard work. Since day one of my problem we’ve had good contact over email and they have kept me posted all the way. If i could give them 6 stars i would. The price for their work is also very reasonable and more than fair.

absolutely grateful for their great service, highly professional and quick, they could recover all my data that were very precious to me after my hard drive was damaged and failed attempts of recovery by others, i sent it to pc image from algeria and they were very responsive and extremely quick they could solve it in one day and all my data was recovered .

After Dropbox wanted me to upgrade due to a lack of space, I moved the application from my application folder to the Bin and deleted it there. It never crossed my mind that I would be deleting my files and folders but this process did. Two years of self composed and recorded music were the big losses.I had been backing up my Mac but deleted old backups not realising they were incremental back ups.
PC Image to the rescue! To start with, they could not commit to definitely getting a positive result, but thankfully after a few days they called to say a huge recovery had been made.
A huge thanks to all involved. I continue to find word docs and audio files I did not see initially. With the mac search facility I am still finding files that I thought were lost. Such a relief.

Having almost been scammed by Fields Data Recovery (I didn’t send the hard drive in the end because I actually went to the fake London address that was a forwarding address), it took me about 5 years to finally build up the courage to send my hard drive in somewhere.
I ended up finding PC Image through reddit where Sean is an active member and gives advice. I even called and spoke to him and was reassured over the phone that this was a good place to try.
I sent my hard drive in and got all my pictures back for £354 (after VAT). Worth every penny!
Once the files were confirmed, I bought a USB stick on amazon and sent it. They sent it back to me with all my data.
Couldn’t have asked for better service and I now know where I would send any hard drive that breaks… except now I am smart enough to do frequent/automatic backups to the cloud 🙂
