Our server went down and we had no access to any of our folders! We sent them our hard drives and they managed to retrieve all of our important folders. From first contact with PC image the professionalism and confidence that they have was a great comfort, the USB drive I sent had completely failed and programmes like Disk Drill had failed to work and made the drive completely unreadable. However, in a matter of days from receipt of the damaged drive on a Friday, PC Image had recovered my full file structure and 500GB of data, pictures and documents, burned it all to a new drive and mailed it back to me by the Wednesday of the next week.
