Posted my hard drive on the Tuesday, had a call back by midday on Wednesday diagnosing the issue and how it would be dealt with. Solved and ready to ship on Friday. Recovered all my files bar about 4 songs from almost 2TB worth of data. Absolutely outstanding service by Kevin, Sean and the team. Speed of service was great, as was the price. Cheaper than a lot of what others were offering by a long way. If you have any data needs, I recommend going with these guys 100%!

Having previously gone to another PC company, to try and get assistance with fixing and extracting data from my hard-drive, I have to say PC Image is the best of both companies. From start to finish the company have been very thorough, supportive and great at guiding me through the recovery process. They are true to their word, and do not charge if they cannot extract the data, as per the website! This really is a good and rare deal; not many offer this. Amazing company. Look no further. Dropped my hard drive on the Monday, it stopped working and other IT techs warned me I might have lost everything. On the Friday I received a new drive with every single file recovered, which I will now back up more often having learned my lesson!
